Explorer Scouts
Explorer Scouts are 14 - 18 years old meeting in ‘Units’ which sometimes meet outside or in a Scout Group’s HQ.
Explorers are encouraged, with leader’s support to plan their programmes with lots of opportunities for adventurous activities and challenges which can lead to achieving the Duke of Edinburgh Awards as well as the prestigious Chief Scout’s and King's Scout Award.
Explorer Scouting is “Flexible” emphasise is on being able to provide activities for all interests and fit scouting around those all-important school and college exams.
